When a decision to hire is made, we will assist you in negotiating a suitable compensation package and reaching an agreement regarding any other details that might arise in a manner that will improve the probability of getting an acceptance while maintaining a positive company image.
Outstanding Value
- Our fees, for the most part, are all inclusive.
- Interviewing costs (i.e. telephone calls, videoconferencing, etc.) that we incur are part of the total fee.
- Interview trips (and related costs) to Client’s facility are handled by Client.
- Service charge is based on contract value or pre-negotiated flat-rate fee basis.
- Client only pays 50% of fee if they surface the most qualified candidate for the position and that candidate is hired.
- Our Specialized Searches provide the most cost-effective method of filling openings.
